Hey, i wanted to ask that can we download homes from the Sims 4 Gallery website like we do for the Sims 3? Because I read many comments that we might be, so any idea we can and how from the website?

It's not possible to do so (anymore) with a pirated Sims 4. You would need a legit Sims 4 base game for that. Maybe this post here can help you further:
