Can not open the sims 4

Can not open the sims 4 Empty Can not open the sims 4

I have all the downloads from here.
And i read the guide and do anything what is in the guide, bud i have a error while launching the sims 4.

Here is the error code

Unable to start:

Origin is currently not running. Please make sure that Origin is running
before attempting  to play The Sims 4

{d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000:00000000}

What i am doing wrong?

Which of the expansions or DLC do you have installed in your Sims 4? Do you have everything installed (according to this guide here)?
