Missing DLC on Sims 4 Deluxe Edition.

Hi, Ive recently downloaded 'The Sims 4 Deluxe Edition V1.20.60.1020 incl Dine Out' I found on Skidrow (I hope you dont mind Im asking the question here). The base game works fine but I cant find the dlc's in the game.
What I did:
1. Click the EASetup.exe
2. Click the EA.Game.RegFix.exe
3. Changing the language on RldOrigin.ini
4. Played the game TS4_x64.exe with admin
5. Works! but no dlc included.
So Im probably missing a step.
Ive tried the missing DLC solution but that didnt work.
Any help would be appreciated.
