Sims 4 - Use a downloaded house...

Hi! I recently downloaded a couple of houses from modthesims.info. I have installed everything correctly as far as the game and the house mods go. I go to my Library, find the house (s), and try to place. But when I do, the "place" button isn't highlighted. I click on it anyway and it says that the content was made with a newer version of the game and cannot be placed (something to that nature). I have the new fix from you guys so I know the game is up-to-date. I even checked on their info page to see which version and it says that there is no update for their content as it works perfectly fine with the new update. Can anyone help me with this?

You are getting the error because the lots you downloaded were made with Origin base-games of The Sims 4. And these legit games are farther ahead in terms of patch version than the cracked ones, because the latter don't get cracked regularly. In short, there is no way for you to use these lots, however...we have this here which might interest you:

There are lots of nice houses, and almost all of them are compatible with The Sims 4 from RELOADED/Games4theworld. Have a look around there and see if you find anything that you like. If not, feel free to check back from time to time, as the list of items in that section gets updated a few times, each week.
