cant move sims to house

I will choose the season in which I want to play and then it moves me to choose the world, I choose the world and It will not move that character there, and when I click directly onto the house and I will move to any household, It will throw me after loading back to the selection period and thus around. tried everything on forum to get it work

Start the game without mods. If that doesn't help, delete "Game" folder and download fresh one from here.

If that doesn't help, run the validator and post the result here.
