I have the Sims 4 and all the available expansions (up to Dine Out) from G4TW, I just bought Titanfall which requires Origin, so if I install Origin will it mess up my Sims 4 game?

No, it shouldn't affect you at all. Smile  There is this here, but it is relevant only if you also have The Sims 4 on Origin:
