can't create dogs

Hello
I have browsed all posts but none mention my problem.
the worries I encounter occur since the addition of cats and dogs.
I followed all installation instructions to perfection and my game starts well, no problem to display sims, animals or other. only downside is that in the menu create a sims, when I try to add a dog the game bug and the screen becomes all white, then I receive a notification from my pc telling me that the application has not may have access to video material (but everything is fine when it comes to adding cats!)

i also moved the game in c / program and run the ts4_x64 but it's worse than in c / program files (x86) ts4_x64 because there i do not have too much bug even if this 64 bit version does not support the change from language to french
does not have mods or custom files
