Glitch with dogs while jogging

I just installed Sims 4 and all the expansions a few days ago and found a glitch where when I go jogging with my dog it looks like it's from a cartoon where the dog is running really fast but moves at a slow pace. If the dog is running by itself without going jogging with a person the glitch doesn't happen. I've reinstalled the game and the issue still persists. I've searched online but haven't seen anyone who has this problem. It's something small, but it bothers me. If anyone has a fix I would be grateful. Thank you.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.

Run validator again, this time uncheck "quick scan". If it also shows nothing and you still get that bug with completely fresh (empty) folder in Documents, then it's a game bug.
