Error Cracking Pirates and Nobles - Ultimate fix wont work

I Installed Sims medieval using the crack which comes with it works fine,
I installed Pirates and Nobles (it updates during the instal) Put the crack into the medieval games bin
Game loads to main menu and comes up with "NO Game Disc" insterted.

I downloaded the latest fix
Followed instruction step by step

Now the game wont get passed the launcher I tried using the TSM.Exe too. No luck

Unistalled and re-installed 3 more times.

Then Unistalled and reinstalled Using NO cracks provided with the games, Only the Fix cracks were used.. Still No luck

I get the launcher, Click play, a Loading windows symbols for two seconds, stops and then Nothing! (left it for an hour)

Tried installing connected to the internet - still nothing
tried installing it disconnected to the net, Nothing.

Other:
No custom Content,
No store stuff
No sims 3 (only medieval and the P and N)
I have tried the Latest Fix on this site.
Im using Games4theworlds versions

Any help?

I have sims 3 running on my sister computer (all from you) and all of them work fine...

Sims 3 will also work on my pc fine, (no longer installed not enough HDD space for all expansions)

Just Medieval wont crack

Yes Game is Update.

Had to unistall all again as cracks still not working.

Just Installed Medieval alone with crack given in the download, Works fine. however it wont load via launcher says the application failed to initialize properly, So I am now installing the sims medieval utimate fix.

I will post whether this fixes the launcher problem.

Ok so Still no launcher,

I can only load sims medieval via the TSM.exe

Im
now going to instal P and N and just see what happens.. though my game
is Not up to date as I cant update it via the launcher.. but hopefully
during the instal of P & N it will update
