Oh man! I really really, really recommend Ambitions! I'm hoping you're familiar with how you sim "goes to work" they duck into a rabbit hole building and you lose them for the duration of their shift.. In Ambitions, you are able to control your sim throughout the work day, performing whatever duties ther are to be completed.. I've tried Private Investigator, Stylist, Architect, and Fireman.. I still really want to try out the ghost hunting too.. There are more that I can't think of right now but if you need anymore info on the ones I listed. I'd be glad to tell you how they can be fun..
Oh yeah.. The expansion titles ending in "Stuff" tend to be just that; Stuff.. More items for build, buy, edit world, and create a sim mode.. I get them just to make sure i have everything for when I am downloading lots, sims, and worlds..
World Adventures enables vacations to China, France, Egypt and I think I am missing a place.. I haven't traveled too much on there so there's not much more I can say about it..

Hello,
It really depends on what you're interested in.
I didn''t get World Adventures when it first came out because I never used the travelling option much in the other Sims game. But when I did get it, I wished I had gotten it sooner. The vacation spots are great and they offer a more adventurous way of playing, you can have your Sim(s) go on quests to earn (lots of) money. The China location is a little bugged though, significant lagging.
