Toddlers Pack Missing?

Hi guys. I've downloaded Toddlers, Vampires & Bowling Stuff, installed exactly as instructed and encountered zero errors. Upon starting the game, it only introduces the Vampires and Bowling Stuff - Toddlers is nowhere to be seen. Please help!

Go into CAS and check there. Must be a new figure in lineup toddler, child, teen, young adult, adult and elder. click on Toddle and the sim in Cas will change to toddler. from there you can chnge him/her There is no toddler intro screen
