Every time my sim dresses formally her skin changes into white and red patches. Help! Empty Every time my sim dresses formally her skin changes into white and red patches. Help!

As mentioned in title, every time I change my sim into formal clothes, red and white patches along with question marks appear on her skin instead of her actual skin, but when I change it to any other outfit, it goes back to normal. Thank you I tip my fedora.
