Can't continue with installation. Empty Can't continue with installation.

Hello,

It seems that I cannot solve this problem. When I try to install another expansion it gives me this message:Can't continue with installation. Captur11

After pressing YES it says "Error with the Sims 3. Setup is unable to continue. Can it be fixed?
