Sims 4 update gone wrong

Hi,
I have recently downloaded the Sims 4 City living Expansion Pack . Later on I Downloaded the Ultimate Fix to update the game so I can have toddlers. But everything went wrong the game is no longer stating up. It says that I need to update my game via Origin.   I don't know how to fix this problem, can someone give me a word of advise.

Ultimate fix does not add toddlers. Reinstall sims 4 plus expansions you want then install the ultimate fix from here, just know that you will not receive toddlers as toddlers are not out yet. DO NOT UPDATE THE GAME manually.

As the ultimate fix is no longer required, install City Living again.
What you've done now is installing City Living and undoing it with the ultimate fox.

ohhh that makes sense on why they said I had to update it via origin.
