Problem with the packs?

Hi, so let me explain my situation;

I downloaded TS4 from Games4TheWorld and it worked, hurrah! Then I added the packs, Get to Work, Get Together, then City Living, after that it worked great.
The day after, I couldn't open it, it said that I should update it in Origin because my files were from a newer version, so I looked at the forums, did what it said then it worked.

But my packs are gone except Get to Work...

Now what?

Hello and welcome to the Forum @lalalaloner,

I suspect (at some point) you had or still have a legit game of TS4 on Origin, hence the error. Please navigate under Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and delete the file GameVersion.txt. Then try the game again.
