help creating a dmg?

donwloaded the sims TLS, unrar, and use disk utility. idk if im making the settings wrong or what but when i click on the installer it opens then closes real fast.. doesnt even get to bounce! any help? tried to unrar again.. nothing worked.. trying it as compressed.

Did you extract the file using this version of stuffit expander?
If not, then that's your problem.
