Download the update from G4TW:

The Sims 4 Toddlers and Vampires official G4TW release OUT NOW!

There seems to be an issue with the skidrow repack.

I'm using the Skidrow version because I couldn't get the torrents to download.

I copied over the update over first and then the game file and it loaded fine. If you copied over the game file first, just copy it over again and overwrite the files after you've copied the update over.

I did get the infinite loading screen so I followed these instructions from a post on G4TW which is https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t29951p325-the-sims-4-toddlers-and-vampires-official-g4tw-release-out-now#174857 and now it's working.

Make sure you go into the game folder and run it using TS4.exe.
