Sims 3: Pets - Error Crashing [SOLVED]

Hello,

I've installed/uninstalled the game a few times now... I have never had this problem with the previous expansions for Sims 3.
After installing Pets, i tried loading the neighborhoods after selecting " new game ". After about a second or two of loading, i would receive an error and my game client would crash.
It happened with all the neighborhoods, not just the new one.
Help? pale

I have found the solution to the problem.
I have around 7 or so mods for this game. 1 or more of those mods might be the problem causing my game to crash.
Now to figure out which mod it is >:
