Can't install Sims3Packs downloaded from Mediafire.[SOLVED]

Hi (:
I just finished downloading & installing all of Sims 3: base game & expansions. I then downloaded a bunch of free content off of the Sims 3 official Store website and installed it fine, but when I tried to install the files of Hidden Springs and the limited content of Pets, the only thing that happened was that the Game Launcher popped up. No loading bar with a plumbob, nothing.

I've tried changing my registry code from 2 to 1, but nothing happened. I tried downloading the files again, but the same thing happened.
Help, please?

Hello,
Place the sims3pack files in C:\Documents and Settings\[your pc]\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads, now they'll show up in the launcher and you can install them from there.
