game crashes - tried it all

My game worked perfectly before, but suddenly it started to crash. And I have tried everything that it says that you should do to get it to stop but nothing helps. Does that mean I have to reinstall it?

not first. The screen was just black and I had to shut down the computer. But when I fixed the DEP, I got an error message
