Sims 3 pets keeps crashes

Hello please help, every time i load my family and choose my house and my family is standing outside the house, the game crashes and says its not responding or something like that, i tried downloading that fix for everything and it didn't work and i think i did it right...im not very good at computers unless i have very clear instructions .. Please help

Thanks but i already tried the first one but im not sure exactly how to do it properly but it didnt work when i did it, and i tired the second but im not sure if i did it right either but i think i did and it didnt work, And im not sure how to do the others.

What's the problem with the first one? About which part do you doubt?
Also, do you have any Mods and/or Custom Content?
