Sims 3 uninstall. [SOLVED]

Hi I downloaded the torrent and in the process of installing the sims 3 my computer turned off. So when I turned it back on I tried to uninstall it to reinstall it and now it won't let me. I went to programs and features and tried uninstalling it there, also i tried going to the program folder and looked for the uninstall and there wasn't an uninstall. please help me to uninstall.... I'm a total beginner to downloading game torrents. Thanks for the help!

Please download our Your Uninstaller! Pro download from www.games4theworld.org .
After installing the program, let it (force) uninstall The Sims 3. It'll delete all leftover files. (Use advanced tracking of files, takes just a little bit more time)
