Sims 2 double deluxe and expasion packs wont start win 10.

sims 2 double deluxe and expansion packs wont start on windows 10 it says :No Disk inserted. Please inset the original :the sims 2 double deluxe cd/dvd. Any help please? where is disk located and how to insert it? Thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to the Forum @sophiexx!

Did you downloads the Complete Collection of The Sims 2, from Games4theworld? If so, there is a #Crack folder inside the .rar, of the download file. The file inside the #Crack is a Sims2EP9.exe.

You must copy the file to the location C:\Program files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff\TSBin. And you paste the file there. When prompted, replace the existing file.

Almost everything worked fine except university and von voyage which dint get installed. Also patch 2 and 3 of free time didn't work, saying that sims 2 free time is wrongly installed. Will the game work without these patches? thanks in advance

Did you use WinRAR for extracting the contents of the .rar file/download ?

yes i did
