Use original DLC with pirate base game

Hi, i want to play vampire and toddlers but their not cracked yet. Can i bought them and use with pirate base game?

Or if i bought sims 4 base game + vampire dlc can i use all other pirate dlc?

1st question = NO

2nd question = YES BUT ....
When you buy base game + vampires, all you can play is exactly that, no other pirated DLC's
When you (re-)install the pirated base game + DLC's in a different folder, you can play everything upto City Limits and Glamour, but,  sofar no toddlers/vampires.
