Fallout 3.

I have recently dug up my fallout 3 GoTY edition case and installed Fallout 3 however when I try to use the second disc it says 'This app can't run on your pc, to find a version for your pc check with the software publisher' this really bothers me for one reason I bought the game and now it won't even work furthermore I just purchased Fallout new vegas ultimate edition so I could Play ToTW but if I can't get this sorted out then that won't be an option does anyone have a fix for this?

The disc wasn't reading right, t thought I still had disc 2 in lol
