sims 3 expansions won't install

good afternoon. i wangt to install the sims 3 complete collection, and everything installed well, no problems, but when i came to outdoor living stuff it suddenly says this:

There are 2 possibilities for recovering (besides of course downloading the whole lot of 27 GB again)
1. Download Outdoor living separately (but is Outdoor Living the culprit or is it the Base Game ?) HERE you can download every single item of the Sims 3
2. Download an all-in-one 1-click version of the complete Sims 3 (Just under 14 GB) where all DLC's will be installed automatically by just clicking once on Setup.
No 21x installing, 21x entering installation codes - no patches - no cracks - no updates. Just 1 mouse click and it will all be done for you.

Welcome to the forum.
I don't think this error has to do with the stuffpack, but rather the basegame. Does it run?
You can uninstall just the base game, then restart your PC, and install it again (run the 1.67 patch again after that). That ought to fix this.
No need to uninstall everything!
