Customizing Forums?

I always wondered if it was too much work to change up this page's colour scheme. I don't know but black and orange is really hard on my eyes, I'm more used to seeing white backgrounds. Just a note if it's possible in the near future or maybe never (haha) to allow users to choose a different color like how discord works with the black and white theme 
Also completely irrelevant but is there a forum group for posting Sims pictures? to share with the rest of the readers?

The thing with the Forum theme is described in the FAQ (look at the navigation/toolbar at the very top of this Forum and click FAQ, then look under V. "Other Forum issues").
Can we get a new Forum color theme? This dark color is uncomfortable for my eyes:
We are very sorry to hear that. Please keep in mind though that the team of Games4theworld has become very attached to the dark theme, and we have been using this theme for many years now. Also, we have invested a lot of work in various CSS & HTML customizations of this theme; if we chose a new theme we would have to start over with these little things as well. However, there is a way to use the mobile version of this Forum on (PC) desktops as well, and that version uses a light theme. See this post here for the details.
As for posting sim pictures, if it's about The Sims 3, you can use this section here:
