Alternative download method gives me this message: "initialization error at start up." PLEASE HELP!

this thing happened while I had the problem of stuck on loading page, at the same time. (I wrote about this problem on other thread. about stuck on loading page) 
ok so I deleted ALL the files related to the sims 4 & origin & EA
and then downloaded the game again. by the new alternative way. 
and now I can't even open up the game because it gives me this message "initialization error at start up". 
I searched for solution on google and the answers were like close the origin and play it so I tried, but then it gives message "runtime error".
what should I do????
I wasted my 11 hours for this alternative way!!! please please help me. Now it drives me crazy and I really need to play it.
