How to properly uninstall Games4theworld Sims 4?

I uninstalled using setup installer, however the folders still remain in my documents file. Did I properly uninstall the game? 
Or should I just delete those folders?

To uninstall the game completely, you should have used a tool like Your Uninstaller! Pro, that you can get from our downloads website here:
http://www.games4theworld.org/downloads.html

Removing it via the Setup will leave some leftover folders and registry keys, as you already saw. One thing you can try is to download that program, and see if The Sims 4 still appears on the list. Then, you can uninstall it using Super Mode, that will delete everything related to it.

If it doesn't appear, however, then those may need to be removed manually. Are you planning to reinstall the game? Or will you just leave it at that?

I also want to completely uninstall The Sims 4. I already deleted the The Sims 4 folder under C:\Program Files (x86) but I want to make sure nothing is left behind as I am trying to install a legit TS4 base game (and I don't want EA blocking my origin account on which I have all TS3 games + TS4 base game (all legit)). Currently I am downloading Your uninstaller! Pro and I want to know if I do as @SeoY said will everything be deleted?

Update: in Your uninstaller! Pro was one "The Sims 4" file which I clicked and was uninstalled (via origin on Your uninstaller! Pro). Now I am waiting for G4TW The Sims 4 game to download completely so I can install it again.
