sim 4 help to get to the latest patches

hi hello. . 
sorry if im bad at things like this but please be patient with me.



do i need to download every version of the sims 4 to get it to the latest patches?..


example: do i need to download 

 The Sims 4
 The Sims 4: Get to Work 
 The Sims 4: Get Together
 The Sims 4: City Living
 The Sims 4: Toddlers, Vampires 
the sims 4:Bowling Stuff 



and like overide one file after the others to get to the latest patches? or should i just download the last stuff.

i got the super out of date sims4. which is super lacking of items and skills and such.
