Hello Smile

I previously installed Sims from your website with no problem.

On my other laptop however I receive an error message right when I try to install the Sims 4 base game.

Does anyone have any idea what it might mean? I would really appreciate some suggestions.

Hi! That's the Microsoft Visual C++. It should auto install if you don't have it. Have the installation proceed after you posted this error?
