Vampires/Toddlers/Bowling update: Text missing

Hello,

I recently downloaded and installed the newest Sims 4 update from here (vampires/toddlers/bowling). Everything is fine, except the fact that the text is missing. By that I mean text such as descriptions of toddlers traits, the new vampire city name is missing etc. (ONLY the text from items and stuff from vampires/toddlers/bowling is missing). Here are some examples of what I mean:


No city name:

No traits description:


Is there a way to fix it?
