Ugh... Whenever I try to run TS4, there's a black screen for about 3 seconds and then it brings up this... Why.

Always try to put this files with disabled anti-virus beacuse he can files like RLDOrigin that is just needed to crack work.

The first fix didn't work, and the second one fixed the original issue but now it says this:

I got the same problem and although I usually re paste the new files and all is working. I seem to have replaced instead of merge with the new patch.

Hopefully that is not your problem. Hvae you downloaded the fix on here for the newest patch?

Sorry about this, but I have to copy paste my reply to another similar thread:

I found this at the sims 4 forum so I'm not sure if it's gonna help but, do you have lastCrashe.txt and lastException.txt inside your Documents/Sims 4 folder. If you do, delete that and try to see if it works. If not, I'd advise moving out the mods and see if you can load your game. Otherwise, you need to look at your pc specs and see if it meets the requirement to play the game. Do keep us updated! Very Happy

Hi,
Im going to suggest something since I had the same problem. What I did is to install it to the folder of Program Files instead of default install location which is Program Files (x86). Another way if you already installed it to Program Files (x86) just cut the folder The Sims 4 from Program Files (x86) and paste it inside Program Files. It worked just fine to me so Im pretty sure it will also work to you but please do update us of your problem for us to know how we can help you. Smile
