ZOrigin Not Working Empty ZOrigin Not Working

I've tried to update my ZOrgin Sims 4 game, but it keeps giving me this area for all the add ons/expansion packs. The basegame installed with no problem, but the extra's give this message for every pack and they all cancel.ZOrigin Not Working Proble10

You're probably not connected with Zclient

make sure in Zclient ,the Cloud Option is set to:  Mailru      otherwise it won't download anything
