Zorigin update

I have downloaded and created my account but when I try to log in it says critical update restart  then select online but I'm online and it just wont connect how do I get past this please

Check to see if you have multiple ZClients open

I did when I cheked the forum and saw this problem  but I only have one open

If that didn't work, try either waiting like 10 minutes or just restart the computer.

ok I checked in Task manager and its running in there also only one in the taskbar so this is getting frustrating  LOL :$

origin comes up with Disconnected critical update but Im already connected to the internet and I keep restarting it but its been like this all morning

The critical update error is caused when the details in Zclient do not match your dummy Origin account

I haven't run the client setup yet ?

You don't need to run Client - BF3.exe

I had it all up and running  but was having an error when trying to download  I restarted my PC now I'm back to being not connected even though I am  I don't understand this at all

In the taskbar, leftclick on the icon of Zclient (check also for the ^sign)
Now change the MAIL and Pass to the details you used to create an account on ZLoemu.tk
Then click on Connect.
Do not use the details of your dummy mail-account.
In case there are more Z icons, close them by rightclicking.

I had done all of that I had 3 ZClients running so i closed them leaving one opened I logged in using my dummy email acc details and I was connected  then when I refreshed my PC by restarting it ZLOrigin comes up with critical update error  and ZLClient is not running

Apparently you used the login details of your dummy Origin account in Zclient instead of those of your registration with zloemu.tk.

I have managed to sort it out and I am currently downloading sims 4 thank you for your support

Can you tell us what you did to solve the problem ?

created the origin account  and changed the logon details in Zclient
