Help(toddlers update)

Hi everyone, this is my first time using this forum so I hope you can help me outtt, also, if there already is a topic about this, I'm sorry for this topic. Anyways, I downloaded the sims 4 latest update from G4TW with vampires and toddlers. I correctly moved everything into the right folder and ran the game. It opened normally but couldnt load the game.(it took forever) so I decided to restart my computer and try again, but after i restarted an error popped up saying: "cant run the sims 4 with the video card in the systen. Please check if the video card ....". I tried re-installing but this pops up every time. Hope someone can help me out, thanksss

Which graphics card are you using? Also, is your driver up-to-date?

I just checked and it shows that my drivers are up to date. I'm using AMD Radeon (TM) R7 360 Series.

I see. Well then, please check that, in some cases, there's a dual chip problem, you can check to see if the game is using the provided graphics cards instead of the chip.
- Right-click and choose Configure switchable graphics.
- A window opens that will allow you to choose that card for whatever programs you want.
- Make sure the check box in this window that says show a pop up warning for unassigned applications is checked
- The next time you run the game, a pop up should open and let you designate the better graphics card for the game.

Sounds like you're dealing with the "infinite loading screen" issue.
