HELP No toddlers in the new update

I have downloaded the The Sims 4 Update v1.29.69.1020 and copied over the files etc in the instructions, it's started the game well but there are no toddlers.
There are vampires ans bowling stuff but no parenthood, Am i missing something?
Or have a completely misread it and parenthood isn't out yet?

There should be toddlers, they appear in cas as one of the age groups. Parenthood is not included in toddlers and vampires. This is game version 1.29. Parenthood only came out yesterday, so not available here as a cracked G4TW option. Parenthood is game version 1.30.

You can download parenthood here and check whether everything is running fine now. Toddlers should be included inside since you have the vampires and bowling stuff.
