Sims 4 photography Glitch

Sims 4 photography Glitch

Hi there! I was just having this annoying glitch where all of the photos that I take using the studio or the camera turn black in innovatory, changing the filter, and or exiting out my game and when I open my game back they turn black please help!!!!!!And I have laptop mode off
