Loading Screen won't go away

So, basically I downloaded the toddler/vampire pack, then the parenthood pack, and then the loading screen wouldn't go away. So I found the fix and did all those steps. I then realized I didn't do the whole re-naming of 'game' before I did the fix. So essentially my question is there anyway to undo or remove the fix so that I can go back, rename the game, then re-download the fix and continue on.
