Sims 4 not loading lots, stuck on loading screen

After installing Sims 4 I am able to create a household and choose a lot to live in but once I try to go to it or build on the lot I get stuck at a loading screen. I have all the expansions/packs installed and followed the instructions. Help pls!

Apparently you forgot to delete the folder Game from Program Files\The Sims 4 after the installation of Vampires.

What you can do now:
Delete the existing folder Game from your install folder
Open the extracted G4TW download for Fitness
Copy the folder Game to your install folder
Open the extracted G4TW download for Toddler Stuff
Open the folder Game\Bin, copy RldOrigin.ini and Default.ini and paste it in your install folder Game\Bin.
Now start the game as an Administrator.
