Parenthood pack not installed Empty Parenthood pack not installed

I installed the new games4fortheworld update but the parenthood pack seems to be missing and on the home screen its icon is replaced by a llama lol
I've tried to disable my antivirus and removed all my cc and mods but doesn't work

Have you tried re-installing the Parenthood pack again? Also, I hope you didn't download the update-only fix instead.

I've tried but it doesn't work. I'm sure that it's the full update WhatDidUJustCallMe? still got that llama

I see, could you screenshot your game path (the sims 4 folder) so i can double check the folders again. Alternatively, you can try to installed this update and check if the llama is still there.
