LENGUAGE [SOLVED]

Hello, my game is running perfect, (Sorry for my english, is so bad) my problem is like the topic says "the lenguage", i cant change it, i do this steps for this link  https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t30369-problem-with-language-solved but no, i cant, so, please, have some alternatives?

My lenguage is Spanish. THANK YOU!!! 

First of all make sure you have the language files for Todllers and for Parenthood.
Copy the Spanish Strings to your folder GP05 of your install folder.
Then in the install folder\Game\Bin open RldOrigin.ini and change the language to es_ES and save the file.
Then start your game as an Administrator (rightclick on the shortcut) to make the required changes in the register.
When you don't start as an Adminstrator, these changes will not be made.

I cant change or save the file RldOrigin.ini says "Access denied"

If you can, copy the .ini file, and paste it to desktop. Edit the one in desktop, save it and delete the one in Game/Bin. Move the one from desktop to Game/Bin.
