Sims 4 won't load household

After downloading he parenting pack my sims 4 will no longer load any households. How do I fix that please help and give me as much feedback as possible. Thank You

I am having the same issue. Sad

Did you try re-installing the whole game? You can look up at my topic and see if there's anything you haven't tried that could help you... I am desperate. x( Really wanna try out the new Parenthood expansion pack but my whole game went to hell now. :c

You can just copy + paste the files and put them inside your sims 4 folder.

What do you mean worst? Clarify please. Installing updates here is usually downloading the file, unzip/unrar them and then copy+paste to your sims 4 path file.

Well the original problem was not loading households and now that I have downloaded the update it's stuck on the sims 4 loading screen

I see. Do you have any mods/CC installed? If you do, move them out and try running the game. If not, move the saves/tray folders out and run the game.

The next drastic step would actually to install the game one by one and check that everything is fine.

Base game
Get to Work
Get Together
City Living
Vampire + Toddler update
**Rename the Game folder to Game_
Parenthood - Stop here if everything is working fine so far.
Run the game and see if there's and endless loading again. If there is, download and apply this fix.
Update to the latest patch here.

If re-installing and retrying everything again does not work, you can instead download the ZLOrigin client here, though do beware of the top part of that post.

Do keep us updated should you feel like switching over to that or by some miracle your game work after re-installing back.

I did everything that I can but it keeps telling me that origin isn't running and it has to running before I can play The sims 4

I see. Download the .dll files here and copy+past them into your Game/Bin folder. If it still does not work, try to move your Sims 4 folder (initial should be Program Files(x86) to Program Files or the Desktop and run the game from there. Smile
