Patch 1.30.105.1010 Deletes all of my DLCs [SOLVED]

Hello

I have been trying to correctly install The Sims 4 all day. After that 6th or so re-installment, it was acting pretty well, until I noticed that the Vampire DLC wasn't in the game. I also noticed that I wasn't able to load lots anymore (the endless loading), so I decide to install the latest patch. Once that happened, ALL of the DLCs were gone. 

Is there a fix to this?

UPDATE: Okay I solved it!

Here is how I did it:

I just replaced the folder files with the Toddler files (like how you usually install this crack), then I replaced parenthood the same way. 

I did not start over, I just over wrote the files again.

could you be more detailed? i tried and got lost DLCs...
