Vampire DLC not appearing [SOLVED]

Hello. I recently updated from having up to Apartments/Get to Work to the latest patch and release. Everything seems to work fine and as far as I have noticed I have all the DLC except for Vampires. In my Main Menu it is listed as existing but in the actual game I cannot make a Vampire and the items do not exist. Is there a way I can add just Vampire files specifically without having to re-download the entire game?

Could it be that you have more than 1 install folder ?
Maybe a silly question but I do have a couple of install folders, each with a different number of DLC's.
(Just for testing purposes on my part)
When I have played the game via an install folder with all DLC's installed and then play a game with just a few DLC's, the game shows that ALL DLC's are present, but they won't show up in that particular game. (Sometimes a message comes up stating that the missing DLC's are going to be downloaded, which of course never happens).

You can actually try to copy + paste the Vampire update again to your game and see if it's there. If not, I'd suggest moving the entire The sims 4 folder from Program Files (x86) to Program Files, or directly on Desktop.

I did this and it seems to have worked! I must have accidentally messed up the Vampire pack while downloading it initially.
