Dine out not appearing in game. [SOLVED] Empty Dine out not appearing in game. [SOLVED]

I just downloaded the new ultimate fix posted yesterday with Dine out.  Problem is the gamepack is not showing up in the game.  Anyone has any ideas why that is?  Please help......


Edit:  I found the hotpatch and everything's fine now.  Thanks GTW!!!!! Very Happy Yess, aye lieeke! Dedicated to Carlos

Hello,

You probably downloaded the "old" Ultimate fix, very shortly before I posted the new links, meaning the one you downloaded has the 22nd of July 2016 as its release date, in the install guide.

And that particular version did not have Dine Out activated in-game.
