Game crashes for no reason

Hi everyone, first of all I'm sorry if my explanations are lame, I'll do my best I promise

So... I have Sims 3 Base game and pets + seasons ; everything worked fine for months. But for no reason, my game started to crash everytime I tried to move out with one of my sims.
So... I desinstalled everything, cleanedd my computer and made space on my :C space. 

I reinstalled the base game, the two add-ons (pets and seasons), made everything that's written in this topic: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly

I even deleted all my cc content, shut down the 3D setting in my graphic card.

Back on my game, I can create a family, sometimes let the family move into a house but then... it crashes almost everytime between 1 and 5 minutes of playing it. I just don't understand. What have I forgot ?

I'm running out of solutions. Please, if you have any idea, any.. I would be happy to read about it.

EDIT = I'm currently re-downloading the pets game, it seems that there is a problem with pets game that I have. Once it's downloaded, I will reinstall it and apply the ultimate fix. Fingers crossed.

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
It turns out everything was coming from a cc clothe downloaded on the sims ressources website.
