Can't change language in fitness stuff pack

I have this problem, I downloaded fitness stuff pack and when I want to change language I can't . Language that I want is in strings files, but when it comes to changing it in notebook even if I run it as administrator and want to save "save as" window pop out and rld.ini file can't be overwrited

The file you need for changing the language is RldOrigin.ini
When you cannot save it after an alteration:
1. Rightclick on the folder Game
2. Select Properties
3. Uncheck Read-only
4. Click on Apply
5. Click on OK

Now you can alter and save RldOrigin.ini
