Sims 4 CRASHING [SOLVED] Empty Sims 4 CRASHING [SOLVED]

I recently installed the Vampire and toddlers update then installed the Parenthood too. I did the thing with the temporary fix and all the steps they were there and game stopped having that infinite load and now it either crashes or the mouse stops working randomly while playing.
I turned off DEP to prevent from crashing, but nothing seem like working. Sad
PLEASE, IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME, Thanks! Smile

Have you tried playing the game in lower graphic settings as well? If not, try to update to Fitness as well to see if there's a slight miracle somehow. Else, you can always open up task manager to see if your pc is using more space for your sims 4 than intended.

Any mods in your games ?
Mods are at least 95% the cause of crashing.

The graphics are set to medium and I don't have any mods (100% sure that I have none). I updated to Fitness as well, but the game still crashes everytime I try to play.

Try clearing out the cache files or unwanted saves in Documents/Sims 4 folder. Do you have any lastCrash/Exception_#### in the mentioned folder?

Thanks for the help, I finally solved the problem. I set all my graphics to low and everything is working fine. The game stopped crashing anymore and I've been playing it for more than 2 hours already. I'm very happy that I figured it out. Thank you again!  Oh my... Smile

I see. If that is the case it seems that your pc can't handle 'heavy games' as well. But I'm glad to hear you're able to play it now. Remember to save frequently! Very Happy
