Mouse lag [SOLVED]

Hello everyone.
I installed the sims 4 base game and it was fine. Now I installed the rest of the packs just like it said in the instructions. Well everything is fine, the gameplay is normal, the game speed is pretty fine too, the loading screen is fast, But the problem is the mouse, I move it then 2 seconds after it starts lagging as hell and when I rotate the camera with the mouse it lags too (when I use the keyboard to move the camera that doesn't happen). The game is unplayable like this.
I have everything on low, I've changed the settings in order the game to be faster, but it didn't help the problem. I also have put the game in the windowed mod, and nothing still..
I don't see any fix and i've been researching my problem.
It's strange because everything else runs great, I've switched mouses and I've even used the mouse pad, same things happens.

Oh Im so duh! I restarted my computer and now it works fine! Im sorry and thank you
